SeelaDavid Salon and Society Style Lounge Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect both your time and the time and livelihood of our stylists. Our cancellation policy at SeelaDavid Salon and Society Style Lounge requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. This sets our stylists up for success and enables them to fill the appointment slot with another guest inquiring. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, there will be a 50% service fee collected by invoice at the discretion of your stylist. .
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
